Let's talk about BRIGHT COLORS!
Here is another card I did for the oozak.com challenge blog. The theme this month is BRIGHT COLORS! I noticed that all the other cards in this challenge incorporated some sort of copic coloring ish. Well here goes my "bright color" card!
